Shemeka believes that A Better Glynn includes an inclusive community in which all individuals regardless of race & other differences can thrive. She uses her passion for advocacy, unwavering commitment to social justice, and avid pursuit of innovation to inspire & motivate individuals, professionals, teams, and communities to create and implement equitable & sustainable solutions. Shemeka is a licensed mental health therapist (LPC) & certified Project Management Professional (PMP) specializing in leadership and curriculum development.

Bobby believes that A Better Glynn includes a community that is informed and equipped to resolve issues as they arise. He uses his passion for criminal justice reform to impact the future state of education, economics, and electoral power for every individual within the county. Bobby is a local minister/elder specializing in discipleship that begins with loving one's neighbor.

John believes that A Better Glynn includes a community where our youth and young adults are empowered to lead. He uses his passion for social justice, leadership development, and community transformation to help mobilize people to shape their communities for a better future. John is a licensed attorney and pastor who specializes in strategic planning, leadership development, and policy advocacy.

Kendra believes that A Better Glynn includes a community where Millenials are actively participating in and civically engaging the issues prevalent in our county. She uses her background and experience to impact public and social reforms in and around our county. Kendra is an advocate and entrepreneur who specializes in brand and marketing messaging and policy advocacy.

She uses her social capital and community involvement to ensure that those without a voice are heard throughout our county. Kendra specializes in civic engagement and community development.

Brandi believes A Better Glynn is reflective of a community that encompasses the voices, ideas, and needs of the ENTIRE constituency. She is a Financial Advisor with deep roots and a deep commitment to our community. She looks to utilize that innate passion for helping others to bring awareness to issues of social injustice and a platform and voice to those who are often ignored and neglected.

She is an involved mom who is determined to improve the future for the children and youth of Glynn County.

Laura believes that A Better Glynn includes engaged and hopeful citizens, meaningful connections across geographic and socioeconomic lines, and innovative solutions to the enduring inequities in our community. She uses her passion for amplifying underrepresented voices to hold local leaders accountable to the people they serve, advocate for systemic change, and inspire others to do the same. Laura is a mother, a clinical research professional, a lifelong visitor/recently full-time resident of the Golden Isles, and believes everyone in Glynn County deserves equal opportunity and access to a bright future.

Jason a native to Glynn County, a teacher, a coach, and a Christian, who is passionate about making our community better.
