Applicants Should Be Prepared to Submit● Completed application form● Student written response● Local commitment response● Proof of senior status or equivalent● One recommendation● Activities or resume information● Postsecondary acceptance, enrollment, enlistment, apprenticeship, certification, or● program documentation● Headshot photo suitable for publication
