About the Legacy Leadership AcademyThe Legacy Leadership Academy is built on the belief that leadership is rooted in equity and developed through learning, service, reflection, and action. It helps participants understand the issues shaping their communities and prepares them to use their voice, experiences, and influence to help create positive change.
Who Can Apply ● Youth ages 14–18 who are ready to grow as leaders and become more engaged in their community
● Adults who live, work, serve, or lead in Glynn County and surrounding community issues
● Individuals who want to better understand equity, civic engagement, advocacy, and local policies
● Emerging and established leaders who are committed to service, learning, and community impact

Youth Leadership PathwayYouth participants may earn the opportunity to participate in Justice Journey through consistent attendance, active engagement, leadership growth, and commitment.
